Membership valid for 12 months. SpringhouseDerm will automatically charge your payment method every month. This is a 12-month minimum contract. Your contract will not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term. The monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate. SpringhouseDerm is not responsible for any overdraft or additional fees related to subscription charges. Membership discounts are applicable only to services indicated and exclude all other services. No minimum purchase necessary to join Membership. Cannot apply membership fee to any services, products, or gift card purchases. Membership is non-transferable. Membership services do not roll-over. Membership discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Membership discounts have no monetary value and no refunds will be issued. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions.
