COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Springhouse Dermatology is dedicated to offering patients safe, high-quality, and tailored care.

Although COVID-19 has interfered with our daily lives, the staff at Springhouse Derm is proud to offer a clean and friendly environment. To guarantee the highest level of safety in these uncertain times, we ask that patients kindly read the safety guidelines outlined below:

• Prior to treatment, your temperature will be taken. If a patient has a temperature higher than 100.4, their appointment will be rescheduled.
• Please arrive at the appointment by yourself and wait for a text from us to enter to limit the number of people in the waiting room.
• Patients are asked if they have had symptoms of the Coronavirus, recent travel history, or have come into contact with others that have been infected.
• We arrange waiting rooms so patients are separated by a safe distance. All seating is 6ft apart & we even have a seat outside of the waiting room for those at higher risk.
• Patients are asked to wait behind the blue tape when checking in and out and that all cards- photo IDs, insurance cards, and credit cards – be put into the sterilizer prior to handing them to our staff.
• We thoroughly wipe down all tablets used during the check in process and in between each patient. We also have stylus pens and gloves for patients that don’t feel comfortable touching the tablets.
• Staff will thoroughly clean and disinfect rooms, equipment, and materials between each visit.
• We ask that all patients are wearing masks and sanitize their hands upon entry. Patients should keep their masks on while in the office.
• We have all doors & windows open with air purifiers in each room so that you can feel safe being inside.
• Patients will be instructed to follow the colored tape to the room where you will be having your visit.
• Behind the scenes we are following all CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe!
