When Dr. Margo Weishar founded Springhouse Dermatology in 1993, her vision was straightforward: create a practice where patients could receive outstanding dermatologic care delivered with expertise, integrity, and personal attention. More than three decades later, that vision continues to guide every aspect of the practice.

Dr. Weishar’s Education and Training

Dr. Weishar is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Tufts Medical Center and Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical Center and is board-certified in both specialties. She also served as a Clinical Associate Professor at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she participated in the education of medical students and residents.

Over a career spanning more than forty years in medicine and more than thirty years in dermatology, Dr. Weishar has cared for generations of patients and witnessed remarkable advances in the diagnosis and treatment of skin disease. Her approach combines the perspective that comes from decades of clinical experience with a commitment to adopting new technologies that meaningfully improve patient care.
